Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations at our offshore development center in Kozhikode. This role is essential in supporting both the HR and operations team, managing office resources, and facilitating a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist finance team with petty cash management and vendor payments processing.
- Coordinate facilities management, repairs, and housekeeping services.
- Ensure office compliance with safety, hygiene, and security protocols.
- Handle courier, travel arrangements, and event planning for internal meetings or staff gatherings.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and IT equipment; liaise with vendors for maintenance and procurement.
- Manage front-office operations including reception duties, visitor handling, and phone/email communications.
- Organize office operations and procedures (filing, invoicing, procurement, scheduling).
- Prepare reports and support documentation for internal audits and monthly operational reviews.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions: scheduling interviews, onboarding logistics, leave tracking.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration or operations.
- Prior experience in IT or startup environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office management tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualities:
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with administrative software (e.g., Zoho, Google Workspace).
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
