Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s services and products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Manage company websites, landing pages, and blogs – ensuring up-to-date, SEO-optimized content
Plan and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Perform ongoing keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to improve search rankings (SEO & SEM)
Design, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Coordinate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials and ad creatives
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Track conversions and suggest improvements to optimize campaign performance
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or IT environment
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
Preferred Skills
Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Video editing and basic animation knowledge
Email campaign management and list segmentation
Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing strategies
