Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist

Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s services and products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.)

  • Manage company websites, landing pages, and blogs – ensuring up-to-date, SEO-optimized content

  • Plan and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

  • Perform ongoing keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to improve search rankings (SEO & SEM)

  • Design, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs

  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials and ad creatives

  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

  • Track conversions and suggest improvements to optimize campaign performance

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or IT environment

  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs

  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns


Preferred Skills

  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

  • Video editing and basic animation knowledge

  • Email campaign management and list segmentation

  • Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing strategies
